Yeah - I saw this too - almost fell out of my chair.
There was a different clip of Rogers - where he was trying to explain to some talking head cheer-leaders that a recession can be a good thing - they really didn't get it. (Much worse things can happen than a recession if you try to prevent them by printing money... but I think you already know that)
